British Ceramic Confederation have appointed Dr Andrew McDermott to the new role of Technical Manager at BCC working alongside Technical Director, Dave Beardsworth.
Andrew has previously worked in a number of technical roles at Monier (formerly Lafarge Roofing) and British Ceramic Tile and graduated from Nottingham University in Chemistry and Materials Science in 1994 and was awarded his PhD in Materials Science (Ceramics processing) in 1997.
Andrew will be joining BCC on Monday 23rd January and will attend our EU ETS Update Seminar on 31st January where he is looking forward to meeting a number of our members and industry regulators. It will also be an opportunity for members to introduce themselves
