The Environment Agency (EA) has previously outlined its intention to publish a suite of guidance documents for the new Climate Change Agreement (CCA) scheme (expected March 2013). However, to assist in the current CCA target setting process, the EA has published a number of interim guidance papers. These interim documents will later be consolidated into the final EA guidance when released.

The interim guidance papers are available (to BCC members only) and can be found in the CCA, CCL and CRC section of our website. Topics covered (amongst others) include guidance on the 70/30 rule and bubbling / unbubbling of target units.
