Construction Talent Retention Scheme
The Construction Talent Retention Scheme has been launched to help talented individuals showcase their experience and expertise while helping businesses find the skills they need. The not-for-profit programme is supported by business associations, member companies, professional institutions and unions.
It is a dedicated resourcing and talent management platform supporting corporate redeployment, recruitment and skills development activities across all sectors of construction and enables companies to search for and recruit quality individuals and promote an unlimited number of vacancies. BCC has heard positive feedback that it is easy to search the system and that search criteria can be saved, the alerts are also useful.
Stoke/Staffs LEP Redundancy and Recruitment Triage Service
The Stoke / Staffs co-ordinated and quick response Redundancy and Recruitment Triage Service is offered free of charge to all Stoke-on-Trent or Staffordshire businesses who need to restructure, and to individuals at risk of or have been made redundant.
