Employment Policy
The British Ceramic Confederation is committed to working with politicians and civil servants to maximise worker benefits of employment policy without causing detriment to the industry. We engage with government organisations in Whitehall and, through Cerame-Unie, with those in Brussels. We also maintain an open dialogue with the main Trade Unions in the industry.
