Guidance, Consultations & Toolkits
In addition to 'the Pledge' the British Ceramic Confederation fully engages with regulators through participation in consultations, active membership of CHARGE and SBTAF, as well as HSE involvement in our own Health and Safety Committees and Working Parties.
Our aim is to ensure that Health and Safety regulation achieves good outcomes for employees without damaging the performance our industry. Given the often complicated nature and large volume of health and safety legislation, we aim to provide clear information to enable our members to comply with the law with minimal difficulty.
Working Parties are currently in the process of producing new toolkits around:
- Kiln Management
- RCS Health Surveillance
