BCC is recognised by Regulators as the lead in all negotiations affecting implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) and Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR) for the ceramic industry, and is a ceramic representative in regular discussions on Part A1, A2 and B authorised processes. This section contains the BCC IED / EPR (and previous IPPC) Issue notes, and a collection of important documents of interest.
