Mental Health

Mental health concerns at work are common. Mind estimates that at least one in six workers is experiencing mental health problems, including anxiety and depression. The British Ceramic Confederation is committed to working with industry to promote a more open culture about this subject and take steps to improve the mental health of the sectors workforce.

Members of the British Ceramic Confederation are invited to join the Mental Health roundtable which is made up of a variety of members who are at different stages of managing mental health in the workplace. The roundtable provides a forum for members and occasional guest speakers to share experience and best practice on mental health, network and help one another.
