The British Ceramic Confederation is passionate about the future of the industry. This is entirely dependent on the continuous up-skilling of the industry’s current employees and ensuring a supply of skilled young people for tomorrow's workforce.
The BCC engages with skills policy makers and educational institutions. The organisation participates in the International Clay Technology Association's Training and Education Committee. We are also currently conducting a review of skills needs and provision throughout the entire industry.
